What happens if a review is suspected of being manipulated?
There's always the potential that someone like a disgruntled employee or a competitor might attempt to manipulate reviews to negatively impact the company's TrustScore.
Trustpilot has a formal process for addressing these. Companies that suspect a review made of their business is fake, manipulated or in breach of Trustpilot's guidelines can flag these for investgation.
